Promotion Terms — MiniMax M3.1 Flash
These promotion terms are published in English on every locale.
Promotion window.
November 2, 2026, 9:00 AM PT through November 5, 2026, 9:00 AM PT (17:00 UTC on both dates). The promotion applies only to minimax-m3.1-flash through the Token360 API and Token360 Playground. Other models, video-generation services and separately billed services are excluded.
Eligibility and total allowance.
Register and verify your email, then use an API key or sign in to Playground. Each eligible billing account can use up to 10,000,000 free tokens in total during the promotion, increasing to 100,000,000 with a valid saved card or a successful recharge history, including card, Alipay and WeChat Pay without preference by channel, subject to available promotional capacity. No top-up is required for eligible free usage. Only usage covered by the promotional allowance reduces the free balance; paid usage is recorded separately. Input and output tokens count toward the allowance; cached input counts once, and reasoning tokens already included in reported output are not counted again.
Shared usage and validity.
API and Playground usage, including all API keys associated with the same billing account, share one promotional allowance. The allowance does not reset daily and expires at the end of the promotion. Adding a payment method raises the total limit without resetting usage already consumed. Removing it, or it becoming ineligible, returns the account to the base allowance only if the account has no qualifying successful recharge history; if cumulative promotional usage already exceeds that allowance, no additional free usage is available unless eligibility is restored.
Enterprise billing accounts.
For enterprise accounts participating under the standard promotion, the main account and all subaccounts share one billing-account allowance and rate limit across API and Playground. Payment-method eligibility is determined for that billing account. Creating additional subaccounts does not grant additional allowances.
Service limits.
Both tiers share the same target limit of 1,000,000 tokens per minute per billing account for the promotional model, aggregated across API and Playground. Requests remain subject to the model's supported limits, applicable platform rate and concurrency protections, remaining promotional allowance and available capacity. These limits do not guarantee continuous throughput. Adding a payment method increases the total allowance without providing a different rate-limit tier.
After the free allowance is used.
Paid continuation is off by default for new and existing accounts. After the free allowance is used, usage at the standard rates shown on the model page requires the billing account owner to explicitly enable paid continuation for this promotion. API, Playground and enterprise subaccounts share that choice and remain subject to normal account spending protections. Adding a card or recharging does not enable paid continuation, automatic card charges or automatic top-ups.
Capacity, fair use and changes.
Promotional capacity or budget may be exhausted before an account uses its full allowance. Creating or coordinating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited. We may restrict abusive activity or adjust or end the promotion for capacity or abuse reasons. Planned changes will be announced in advance; urgent protective action may take effect immediately with notice. A protective pause does not itself authorize paid usage.
After the promotion.
Free requests accepted before the end of the promotion retain their applicable pricing through completion. New requests accepted after November 5, 9:00 AM PT are subject to the standard pay-as-you-go rates shown on the model page and the account's normal payment eligibility.
