Data Retention Policy

This Data Retention Policy explains how long we typically retain categories of information when you use our website, APIs, Playground, Studio, and related services (the “Services”). Read it together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Summary retention periods

2. Generated content & Playground / API outputs
- Outputs may be removed automatically after the window above.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. API customers should use webhooks or durable storage where appropriate.
- Deleting a row in History does not guarantee immediate purging from every backup or subprocessor.
3. Third-party model providers
Token360 is a model aggregation / routing platform: prompts and related inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to perform inference. Those providers may process and retain data under their own policies. A deletion request to Token360 does not automatically erase data already held by third parties.
4. Longer retention & exceptions
We may retain information longer where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, tax, or audit requirements; legal claims; fraud or security; billing disputes; or investigations.
5. Deletion & account closure
Contact support@token360.ai with enough detail to verify your identity. We aim to respond and complete verified requests within about thirty (30) days, unless law permits a justified extension. Account termination can be final regarding access to benefits, balances, and history, without compensation for unused commercial entitlements, except where law requires otherwise.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy; the published version on the Token360 site controls.
