Get deletion-job summary counters and status.

Authentication

Authorization Bearer — JWT session or sk-* API key.

The authenticated user must be the user that created the job. Use status as the source of truth and poll until it reaches SUCCEEDED, PARTIALLY_SUCCEEDED, or FAILED. PAUSED is retryable and may resume automatically; REQUIRES_ATTENTION means one or more items require support or manual resolution. Inspect failedCount, unknownCount, and manualReviewCount before considering the workflow complete.
